« Tolles Haus »

Wir haben als Familie, 2 Erw. 3 Kinder 3-7Jahre, hier 8 super Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber. Auch der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wird 1 mal in der Woche gewartet. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und sehr angenehm möbliert.

Die Lage ist für Tripps mit dem Mietwagen sehr zentral gelegen und Fort Myers Beach oder Sanibel Island sind gut zu erreichen.

Auch der Konakt vor Ort ist Super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Übernahme und Abgabe des Hauses klappte ohne Probleme.

Einziger nennenswerte Nachteil ist das Heisswasser ist etwas mehr als lauwarm. Aber sonst, absolut zu empfehlen.

« Good house »

We enjoyed our week at the house. It was spacious, beds were comfortable, pool was warm and clean, decor was nice, house was clean. On the downside, the sheets on the master bed were not clean, dishes needed to be cleaned before we used them, towels are just kind of a mish mash from over the years. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The bathtub in the other bathroom was not draining and they sent someone right away to fix it. Water didn't really get hot though, especially at the kitchen sink. They really need to get a new iron but they did have all the kitchen essentials. Outdoor space was nice and our 3 year old had a ball in the pool and on the dock in the back watching wildlife. Price was very reasonable as well.
