Davenport: This very large and elegant villa is situated in an upscale residential community that offers its guests a scenic and challenging 18 hole 6000 meter golf course. The course is nestled among old citrus groves, pine trees and a nature preserve and tests golfers with 40 m of elevation changes and large undulating greens. The community is located near route 27 about 16 km from Disney World. Very beautiful, luxurious villa Fairway View, 2 storeys, built in 2001. In the resort Highlands Reserve, in a quiet, sunny position, on the golf course, south-west facing position. Private: garden lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 200 m. Outdoor Jacuzzi on balcony (not available during Summer).

« Gute und gemütliche Villa an bester Lage »

Die Villa bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber, die Küche bot alles was man benötigte. Der Pool wie auch das Jacuzzi wurde wöchentlich gewartet und liess keine Wünsche übrig. Trotz der etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung fühlten wir und in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl und genossen den traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Näher aller Parks von Orlando.

« Comoda y tranquila »

Lugar muy tranquilo, a 20min de Disney y con una casa, comoda y acogedora. Algunas luces no funcionaban, pero la casa es perfecta con 2 dormitorios principales abajo con su baño (1 de ellos con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje) y otros 2 dormitorios arriba donde tiene una terraza con vistas al campo de golf. No puede disfrutar de la piscina porque el tiempo fue malo. La BBQ no la encontré y el wifi con buena señal en toda la casa. Recomendable y te hace sentir como en casa.

Grossartiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger "Seniorenresidenz". Ausgezeichneter Golfplatz innerhalb der Siedlung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuss (10 min.) gut zu erreichen. Acht Fernseher sind allerdings auch für amerikanische Verhältnisse etwas übertrieben.
Nicht-Fastfood-Restaurants ca. 20 min Fahrdistanz.
Nachteil ist die Ausrichtung des Hauses. Der Sitzplatz mit Pool hat nur Morgensonne.
