Lage der Wohnung ausgezeichnet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Straßenbahn, U-Bahn und S-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aufteilung und Ausstattung der Wohnung generell in Ordnung, jedoch wenig gepflegt und nicht ganz wie beworben: Mängel bei Sauberkeit, kein Kabel-TV (nur 5 österr. Programme), kein Fön vorhanden, Duschen in der Badewanne verlangt akrobatisches Geschick (kein Duschvorhang), Lampen nur teilweise funktionsfähig, Wäscheausstattung dürftig und musste vor Gebrauch noch einmal von uns gewaschen werden.

Accoglienza molto cordiale, massima disponibilità nel concordare orari di arrivo e di partenza. Soluzione confortevole al piano terra, composta da 2 stanze (soggiorno con divano letto ed eventuale lettino aggiunto e camera matrimoniale) più cucina e bagno separato con vasca (non in ottime condizioni), il resto dell'appartamento è completamente arredato con cura.
Dotazione dell'appartamento completa anche se la lavastoviglie era momentaneamente guasta. Posizione centrale a pochi passi dalla metropolitana e da diverse linee di superficie, possibilità di usufruire di una soluzione park\u0026drive a 3 € al giorno presso il parcheggio pubblico a 2 fermate di metropolitana a Spittelau. Parcheggio a pagamento per max 2 ore durante il giorno in tutta la città e gratuito dalle 22 alle 9, ampia possibilità di posteggio davanti all'appartamento. La connessione internet wi fi c'era ma spesso il segnale non era continuativo, è stato comunque molto utile per programmare la visita alla città.

Spend an 6 days vacation in Vienna, the appartment in clean, decent, close to the center, in a quiet area. The is no problem to stay there as a family with 2 children or as two couples (as we were). The contact person was ok.
Only problem was the internet acces, provided by a 3G-stick, having a poor bandwith.
