Private: garden (not fenced). Fireplace. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West) 15.2 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, chair lift 500 m, slopes 200 m, ski rental 200 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km.
