Dom polozony w górzystym terenie na wzgórzu. Widok z poziomu basenu na okolice bardzo ladny.Basen - otoczenie ladne natomiast kapiel uprzykrzala duza ilosc konskich much. Dom ogromny i o skomplikowanym rozkladzie. Styl toskanski ale bardzo zagracony rodzinnymi pamiatkami i meblami .trzeba liczyc sie z extra wydatkiem okolo 250 euro za tydzien na prad. Gospodarze mili i pomocni.
Accueil agréable des propriétaires. Proximité de Florence, Pise et Lucca (40 km) Maison très agréable et bien équipée pour les loisirs. Nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix ( 6 adultes - 3 enfants et un bébé )
We spent a week there in summer 2014. The place, the property, the people – everything was perfect. The pool was very refreshing, the garden very large and relaxing. Our children were delighted by the tennis court. Stefano and Veronica were perfect hosts, very helpful and friendly. We liked our stay very much.
Unfortunately, Wi-Fi was rather unreliable. We were told that this is a general problem in Italy.
Wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, ist das Haus nicht neu, aber es ist alles sauber und funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr gross und sehr gemütlich. Der Tennis-/Fussballplatz ist genial und im guten Zustand (Billardtisch und Tischfussball ebenfalls). Der Pool wurde regelmässig geputzt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr, sehr nett und unaufdringlich. Der Garten ist wunderschön mit vielen kleinen Rückzugsoasen. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht ganz immer und war nicht optimal. Beim TV konnten nur italienische Sender empfangen werden. Für uns war das jedoch unwichtig. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden, wir genossen das.
La maison se trouve à 400m d'altitude et est complétement coupée du monde extérieur. La vue est magnifique et l'espace intérieur comme extérieur est immense! Le terrain de tennis (et de foot) est en très bon état et la piscine également. La maison possède plusieurs terrasses et petits emplacements qui permettent de profiter du grand air :-)
La décoration intérieur est un peu "kitch" mais cela a un certain charme.
Le gros problème de cette maison est la connection WIFI ! La connexion est présente seulement à certains endroits dans la maison et le signal est très faible... Il est très difficile, voir souvent impossible de se connecter à internet.
L'autre point négatif, la maison est située proche des montagnes. Les nuages sont souvent bloqués par les montagnes et stagnes au dessus de la maison. Il arrive souvent qu'il y ai du soleil en plaine mais pas sur la maison :-( ... Mais nous sommes peut être tombés sur une mauvaise semaine.
Wspaniale miejsce, polozone idealnie do spokojnego wypoczynku wsród przepieknej zieleni. Ogród, basen i cale obejscie utrzymane w idealnym stanie. Dobre miejsce do wypadów w winne rejony Florencji, Luki czy Pisy. chetnie zostalibysmy dluzej
Endroit charmant, jardin magnifique et extraordinairement entretenu. Tranquillité assurée. Magnifique vue. Mobilier parfait, propreté incroyable pour une maison de location.
Propriétaires très serviables et toujours disposés à aider.
Le WIfi ne fonctionnait pas, seul ombre au tableau (mais la ligne fixe fonctionnait)
