« Floriana, Cannes »

Apartment block and location known to us from previous holidays - we had booked and paid BEFORE receiving instructions to pick up keys. Our flight landed at 10.00am and we were not allowed to pick up the key before 4pm, even though the office was open - I requested an earlier pick-up by e-mail and was refused. So we had to spend the day mooching about in Cannes with our luggage, before a long walk to the Interhome office. On the day of departure we were due to take the 7am bus from Cannes to the airport, but had to take the keys back to the office at the other end of town. This meant a 1.5 mile detour to return keys and my husband had to carry ALL the luggage along the croisette to the bus station. Had we known this in advance we would not have booked the property. We had to walk from the apartment because we could not risk trying to organise a taxi at that time of day, especially with strikes etc. It is nowhere near a bus route.
We have visited Cannes 4 or 5 times in the past and stayed at the Floriana 3 times before, but in the past there was a concierge in the building. What we had to do (key pick-up etc) was unacceptable. Also, cleaning at 60 euros was too expensive for a small studio, which we left in a very clean and tidy state as instructed.
We shall not use Interhome again.

« Très Décevant !!! inadmissible ! »

Aucun drap malgré notre demande avant d'arriver. On a donc du les ACHETER SUR PLACE !
Les couvertures étaient vieilles avec de fortes odeurs. Les oreillers étaient sales avec pleins d’auréoles. Portes du placard d'entrée ne tenait même pas ! aucun ménage fait avant notre arrivée ! et pour notre départ on l'a fait et ILS NOUS ONT IMPOSé de PAYER 68 € de frais de ménages (qu'on avait déjà effectué!) PAS DE CHAUFFAGE !
