Upstairs: lounge with sofa bed for two and sofabed for one, two bedrooms with two beds in each, toilet, closet, spacious balcony. Smoke sauna building (40 m²) with room with fireplace and electric light. The villa has baking oven, cooling/warming inverter air heat pump (upstairs and downstairs), central vacuum cleaner and mechanical ventilation.The downstairs rooms and access to the dock are suitable for the disabled. Villa on a flat grassy plot. The owner also outboard motor for boat as well as hot tub.
