The shower and WC are separate and the covered terrace invites you to relax with its cosy garden furniture and parasol.The flat is located in the front Ötztal, so the neighbouring valleys Pitztal, Paznauntal, Kaunertal with their ski areas, glaciers and in summer numerous huts can be reached in no time. The rear Ötztal valley with the Timmelsjoch (the fastest crossing to Italy in summer) can also be reached in a short time.Area 47 (outdoor leisure park) and Lake Piburger See (Tyrol's warmest bathing lake) are also in the immediate vicinity, where you can go ice skating in winter. Both can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 1 hour.
