Detached house on 25.000 m2 private grounds with great views on the Etna volcano. It has three drives, a private swimming pool and several terraces. The house was recently renovated and refurbished and has a surface of approx. 150 m2 (ground and first floor). On the ground floor, in the former stables, you will find a double bedroom. Many rooms, like the living room and the kitchen, are fitted with floor-to-ceiling doors to the terrace where you can enjoy the outdoor life. There is no air conditioning, but the thick walls insulate perfectly against the warmth of summer. Access is possible via three private drives. In the garden you will find fruit trees e.g. orange-, olive- and pomegranate trees. The banana- and tangerine trees around the swimming pool guarantee a tropical atmosphere.The house is a few hundred metres away from the ss.194 (road Catania-Ragusa) and therefore is the ideal base to discover the beautiful island of Sicily or relaxing at the seaside or at the private swimming pool.

Just ten minutes away is an 27 hole golf course and all the facilities of a golf resort.This home is located on one of the most beautiful spots on the island with unsurpassed panorama. The view of Mount Etna is spectacular and on a clear day you can see as far as the Strait of Messina and mainland Italia.The sea is 10 km away and can be seen from the terrace.Because the house is located in an area (contrada) which adjoins an archaeological zone tranquility is guaranteed.A visit to the hinterland that begins directly behind the hill on which our house is worth, the olive garden and picturesque villages where one of the best olive oil (used by many chefs) produces are within half an hour.We wish you a pleasant stay and sunny holiday.
