sehr schönes ruhiges Haus, der Weg zum Haus ist leider unbefestigt aber mit einer normalen Limousine befahrbar, wir haben vor allem die Ruhe genossen
Maison très agréable,( non loin d'une osteria) décorée avec goût et originalité, idéalement située pour profiter à la fois de la mer et de visites culturelles. Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil chaleureux et les cadeaux de bienvenue.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem schönen Naturgebiet. Sehr nette, immer hilfsbereite Vermieter. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer! Pool aufgrund des dunklen Poolbodens immer schön warm. Wunderschöner Fernblick vom Pool in die Natur. Durch die abgeschiedene, ruhige Lage ist absolute Entspannung garantiert. Unsere drei Hunde waren sehr willkommen!
Extra Sonnenschirm mitbringen und an Moskitonetze denken. Für alle, die gerne Fernsehen: Es gibt nur einen deutschen Sender (Euronews).
Sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung (z. B. Le Corti in Roselle). Adressen bei der Vermieterin. Donnerstags ist Markttag in Grosseto!
Tolle Ausflüge möglich: Von Campagnatico hat man eine phantastische Aussicht auf die toskanische Umgebung. Florenz, Siena und Rom sind unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Nach Rom lohnt sich die Fahrt mit der Bahn vom Bahnhof Grosseto (nur 12,95 EUR p.P.).
Haus sehr ruhig gelegen. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt.
Anfahrt gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da das Haus sehr abseits liegt. Aber mit Hilfe der Vermieterin wurden wir abholt und zum Haus geleitet.
A lovely view from the large pool-area. Perfect for relaxing at the pool, reading and outside evening dinners between trips in Toscana. Close to Grossetto to shop. The small downside were the tricky road to the house with also made bicycling to/from the house hard/impossible. But extremly satisfied with the property.
mooie ligging, de onverharde weg er naar toe is het enige nadeel.
je moet wel van gekko,s houden, want er zijn er veel, die ook door de kiertjes naar binnen kunnen.

wenn ihr Ruhe zum entspannen sucht dann ist dies das richtige zum teil fast zu einsam auch zu 2.
Die Stassen ja gut halt Italien grins am besten nicht mit einem tiefen auto ihn fahren.
was uns gefehlt hat war ein wohnzimmer zum relaxen und bequeme stühle im aussen bereich
